Frequently Asked Questions

Mismatches always return CAPITALIZED values

This is due to the KYC providers. We only pass through at this point, but it is not an error if you then submit it again in the normal format. For us is ALEX == Alex == alex.

KYC Sharing: "The KYC sharing result is not available"

Before we can share the KYC data via the endpoint "/sharing", some checks must first be completed in the background. This is why it can take a few minutes after a successful identification process until the complete result is available via this endpoint. Currently this is about 10 minutes, in the future a few seconds (subject to no complications in the automated check).

Do you always have to send the investment surveys when creating new clients?

Yes, the investment surveys must always be transferred - exception: The customer explicitly clicks that he has no knowledge and is aware of what risks this may have. Then "forceMissedKnowledge" must be indicated and the investment survey does not need to be transferred.

Do you always have to send complete data sets when creating new customers?

For the first onboarding, customer records must be complete. However, if you then send contracts, then the reference in the form of the customer key with correct modified date is sufficient. If the date is not newer and there is no customer data, it is assumed that the previously verified customer data is correct. This means that customer data only has to be transmitted in full if there are changes to the personal data, in particular KYC-relevant data.

How do I know that the KYC provider has corrected the data provided by the customer?

The topic mismatches shows changes that were made by the KYC provider. Some providers always change values in the demo (e.g. IDnow always changes address).
